Paula has led internal and investor communications, executive messaging, video scripting, newsletters, and digital forums, consistently ensuring clarity, credibility, and impact across every channel.

Under Paula's leadership in 2019, her employer experienced great success in media management:

  • Generated 1, 622 positive sentiment stories, compared to only 631 from seven competitors combined 
  • Positive sentiment stories garnered 330 million impressions, compared to only 146 million impressions for seven competitors combined

Crisis Communications
