Executive Bio

Paula Resley is a senior marketing and communications executive with a proven track record of building integrated, multi-channel strategies that unify brand, drive revenue impact, and strengthen organizational leadership and reputation. She brings deep expertise across brand management, digital strategy, campaign development, content and storytelling, sales enablement, internal and external communications, public relations, and large-scale events.


Throughout her career, Paula has led marketing and communications functions across a wide range of industries and organizational models - including Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded organizations, pre-IPO environments, privately held agencies, and nonprofit institutions. She currently serves as Chief Brand Officer and Vice President of the Office of Strategic Marketing, Communications, and Admissions for the nation’s only historically Black college dedicated exclusively to educating men to lead lives of leadership and service. In this role, she is known for her ability to operate with agility and resourcefulness while maintaining disciplined focus on strategic priorities, growth objectives, and measurable outcomes.


Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida and has earned multiple professional certifications, including Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) in Digital Marketing from the American Marketing Association, Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, and certification in change management.


Her leadership philosophy centers on leading with integrity, modeling excellence, and believing that success is a team endeavor. Paula is deeply committed to developing people, helping individuals identify and leverage their unique strengths, and creating environments where teams can thrive collectively.
